This project comprises a 17-storey office tower and an adjacent mixed-use building designed to respond to Townsville’s tropical climate. The office tower integrates ground-level retail, multi-level open-deck parking, and office floors above, articulated with deep concrete ledges that create strong shadow lines. The mixed-use block includes retail, hotel levels, apartments, and penthouses, organised around a central tropical plaza. A suspended swimming pool overlooking the plaza forms a key architectural feature, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on climate-responsive design and urban activation.
