This adventure resort project in Oman is conceived as a series of villas embedded along a dramatic desert cliff edge. The masterplan includes a 150-key hotel, luxury and ultra-luxury villas, and supporting adventure tourism facilities. Design strategies draw from contemporary Arabic architecture, incorporating shaded colonnades, recessed façades, and patterned screens for solar protection. Glass usage is carefully moderated to address thermal performance. When viewed aerially, the masterplan reads as a jewel set within the desert landscape, reinforcing its identity as a destination resort.
