Design Shasthra follows the legacy of a 40 year old Architecture and construction practice that was headed by our mentor, Er. P K Venugopalan. Following this path and gaining a decade long experience in India and Australia, we established Studio Design Shasthra in 2013 with a vision to engage in research based Architecture and Design practice. We are building a foundation for developing cost effective and resilient living environment that responds to the changing global human culture. We specialise in creating homes that are part of Kerala's dwelling pattern, attending to the unique lifestyle of every dwelling family and incorporating the essence of the regional architectural theory of vastushasthra. Now, Studio Design Shasthra is involved in Architectural, interior and product design projects.
