Located within Kochi’s Infopark, this integrated metro station incorporates three levels of transit infrastructure topped by three additional office floors. The design is inspired by biomimicry, with façade systems that assist in moisture capture and rainwater management. Approximately 80% of workspaces are naturally ventilated, reducing energy demand, while air-conditioning is limited to enclosed meeting areas. The project demonstrates an innovative approach to sustainable transport-oriented development.
